Bio:

Hi, I’m Ravin! As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I help children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s ups and downs while discovering their strengths along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating—I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel heard, and be yourself without judgment.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and a person-centered approach, I tailor sessions to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while building practical tools to help you feel more confident and in control.

I believe therapy works best as a team effort. Whether you’re facing a difficult season, processing loss, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
