Bio:

“I am a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. My professional experience spans from community mental health, domestic violence, treatment foster care, and early childhood services, providing me with a diverse foundation for supporting clients from various backgrounds.

As a bilingual therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, attachment difficulties, and self-esteem concerns.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build on their existing strengths, increase motivation for change, and develop practical coping skills. I believe therapy should be a judgment-free space where individuals can gain insight, cultivate self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to help every client feel heard, valued, and empowered to become the version of themselves they aspire to be”.
