Bio:

Hello! My name is Jackie, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth. I am also a bilingual therapist.🌿

I understand that difficult experiences, including trauma, can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life, which is why I am committed to helping clients better understand these impacts while building the tools needed to thrive. I have experience working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges.✨

I firmly believe that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone, and I strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. I enjoy helping my clients develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and achieve meaningful goals. I utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and a Strengths-Based Approach, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.🌿

My goal is to help clients feel supported and confident as they overcome obstacles, embrace their strengths, and create the life they envision for themselves.🌿
